Armed Security and Patrol

Z4E’s skilled team covers Developing and documenting business processes to charter, track, and report the execution and management of enterprise-level projects. Training

Z4E employs a structured and streamlined approach to training programs that enables today’s challenges to be met, while anticipating tomorrow’s missions and requirements. Our Program leadership including strategic planning, scheduling, workflow, and communications Z4e provides assured training and training support for our clients. Our typical program begins with conducting a review and analysis of the training requirement to support the new system. This is followed by providing the analysis to developers as a road map to preparing the training plan and verifying all requirements are met. This is followed by developing and receiving approval of instructor lesson plans, student guides, student handouts, written or hands-on examinations, student evaluation of the training, review and improvement of the complete training package. If necessary and valuable to the training class we will prepare and support exercise event planning, development, execution, and support.

Publications Editing & Illustration

Z4E personnel performed publications editing & illustration for a variety of documents drafted by action officers requiring proofing, correction, and appropriate graphics.

Z4E personnel performed graphic design services for action officers and instructors to provide appropriate graphics supporting and clarifying text.

Z4E personnel did the research, design, and coordination to convert the Military Intelligence Professional Bulletin from a paper product to an online electronic version for Intel Center of Excellence saving the Center a significant amount of money previously required for printing, packaging, and shipping.

Joint Ventures

Z4E is well respected throughout the industry for their Ownership, Management, and Performance. These traits have enabled Z4E to participate in numerous joint ventures as either the managing member or member. Such participation assists small businesses in accumulating experience and past performance record or penetrate new markets which helps them grow their business, particularly the mento / protégé joint venture. Z4E was privileged to participate in a mentor / protégé joint venture during their period as an 8a corporation. This participation enabled Z4E to learn about managing teams, acquiring a DCAA approved accounting system, automating HR duties and other permitting them to be more efficient and effective. These joint ventures have opened doors for Z4E into Defense Media Acquisition, Transportation Safety Institute, and other clients we most likely would not have been capable of penetrating.

Transportation Safety Institute

Z4 Enterprises provides a team of highly qualified personnel to assist and support the production and delivery of various courses for the Transportation Safety Institute. Our Graphic Designers and e-learning specialist work closely with the subject matter experts and course directors to produce materials for in-person, virtual-live, and on-line training. This includes a broad range of media to include, documents, charts, graphs, slides, photographs, videos, and animations that function across multiple platforms and delivery systems. We also produce training materials to include instructor guides, course catalogs, and student take homes. Our team also provides administrative and logistical support for the various training events, ensuring students receive the maximum benefit from training.

Acquisition Support

Z4E supports Defense Media Activity by providing technical assistance in supporting Acquisition Directorate in the Procurement Policy, Procurement Planning and Implementation, Pricing Methodology, Principles and Standards, assist in conducting analysis of Cost and Price Methodology & Contract Cost Principles, and provide the policy and guidance for performing Cost/Price Analysis. In addition, Z4Eperforms contract administrative functions to include contract modifications, support of GAO/IG/Peer Review Audits/PMRs, and Acquisition Support Training.
